  I have been using Airport Express for over 5 years now-averaging once a month-and have experienced excellent service. All of the drivers are wonderful and have had many interesting conversations. Rides are always on time, vans are clean. Wayne has gone out of his way to accommodate any travel issues I have experienced. Very pleased with the service and will continue to be a loyal customer

  We've been using Airport Express for over 10 years—mainly between Jacksonville and St. Augustine. The cars are clean and have lots of space. Our latest driver, Norman, is always on time and a very safe driver. Wayne is a great communicator. Scheduling is rarely a problem, but make sure not to leave it until the last minute—we’ve only once had an instance where they couldn’t fit us in.
