You may be farther away from campus, but that doesn't mean you have to give up the sense of community. Charlotte Off Campus Housing offers many of the same conveniences such as a fitness center, washers and dryers, and a swimming pool. You can even stop by the coffee shop before you leave for the campus, or if you need some caffeine on your day off. Many students prefer to live on Uncc Off Campus Housing because it's close to everything, but off-campus housing is still close enough to campus that many students walk. Dare did my room tour and it was such a wonderful experience! The 4x4 rooms are spacious and the building amenities such as the gym, pool, etc was well kept. Outside the building was clean as well as inside. The management here is wonderful and so helpful.

Takeisha Davis did my room tour and it was such a wonderful experience! The 4x4 rooms are spacious and the building amenities such as the gym, pool and clubhouse are very accessible and well-kept. The surrounding area is very cleanly and the management here is wonderful. I would seriously recommend living here to anyone trying to figure out how they can stay close to campus at a very affordable price !
